Most kids, and many adults, claim that Halloween is their favorite “holiday” of the year.  And for the most part, everybody agrees with them.  However, there is an ordeal associated with this holiday that most adults go through, and not that many kids experience….picking out a costume and planning the Halloween party.

The Halloween 2009 costumes are starting to appear in most stores, and there is a lot to choose from.  A big influence on this year’s costumes are the 1980s fashions, eg. Michael Jackson, George Michael, Madonna, etc.  It seem everybody has some nostalgia for this era, and the costume manufacturers have responded to their whims.  Don’t be surprised to see many people dressed as Michael Jackson, or Cyndi Lauper.
